PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CALL FOR PROJECTS FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) APPLICATION FY2024
The Lake and Peninsula Borough Assembly will hold a public hearing to solicit comments and consider potential projects for which funding for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The public hearing will take place on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 8:30 am via teleconference and zoom. The CDBG funds for this program year will be discussed, along with the range of projects eligible under this program and a review of previously funded projects. CDBG funds can be used for community development projects, planning projects, or special economic development projects.
Comments will be taken by email to kateconley@lakeandpen.com, by phone at 907-246-3421, or in writing as long as they are received by the borough staff prior to the hearing. Copies of this notice will be posted in each community and posted on the LPB website (www.lakeandpen.com).
