

Public Hearing for Kokhanok Subdivision Lots 4 & 5

On April 30th the Lake and Peninsula Borough received an application submitted by Veronica Bojka, PLS for Edge Survey, on behalf of the Village of Kokhanok for an 8.67-acre subdivision titled “Lots 4 & 5 Kokhanok Subdivision Replat” in Kokhanok, Alaska.
This is an 8.67-acre subdivision that is proposed to be divided into two lots (Lot 4 & Lot 5) and dedicates one ROW titled Olympic Circle. It is a subdivision of Lots 1 and Lot 24 of Kokhanok ANCSA 14(c) Survey per Plat No. 92-2. The properties are owned by the State of Alaska DCCED and Alaska Peninsula Corporation. Lot 4 is approximately 2 acres and Lot 5 is 4.74 acres. Olympic Circle ROW is being dedicated by this plat. Legal access to the properties is via the existing Airport Road and proposed Olympic Circle. Each lot in the subdivision is to have individual water and onsite wastewater disposal systems. Each lot has a minimum of 20,000 square feet of usable building area and a minimum of 10,000 square feet of septic area.
