Public Hearing Ordinance 25-01 re: Mayoral Succession

The current borough code is in conflict with how the seat G would be filled should the position be vacated mid-term. This ordinance resolves the issues and clarifies the process.

The Lake and Peninsula Borough Assembly will hold a public hearing to solicit comments on the above referenced ordinance on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 8:30 am during a regular Assembly meeting via zoom and teleconference. Interested members of the public are encouraged to participate via zoom/teleconference.
