Iliamna Lake Barge Landings - Kokhanok & Igiugig
Owner: Construction costs by LPB. Ownership transferred to Igiugig & Kokhanok villages, respectively via MOU upon completion. Village Council is responsible for operation and maintenance of facilities.

Total Design and Construction Cost: $1,328,662.88
· Initial design funded by Denali Commission and State of Alaska.
Igiugig: Final design & construction funded by Denali Commission ($502,044.00) and Lake and Peninsula Borough ($150,105.69)
Kokhanok: Final design & construction funded by Denali Commission ($326,384) and Lake and Peninsula Borough ($273,438.19)
Description: The project included design and permits for the barge landings in Igiugig & Kokhanok, and construction of a 20 X 200-foot concrete plank barge landing ramp with mooring bollards. The project has improved fuel and freight transfers and improved operational safety for both barge and shore side workers.
